Monitoring Tour of IYC-Chicago December 17, 2010

On December 17, 2010 the John Howard Association conducted a visit of IYC-Chicago, a medium security facility for boys.

The facility features some innovative programs and a dedicated administration and staff, but lacks post-secondary educational programming and suffers from a perennial lack of appropriate resources.
